Our department consists of full-time staff, part-time staff, and volunteers who take pride in their profession. Serving our community since 1956, we have been committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents and visitors of our response district that has now grown to 36 square miles and to over 20,000 in population.

East Lincoln Fire Department’s responsibility is to deliver professional and efficient services to our citizens and visitors who pass through. We are here to provide exceptional fire suppression, emergency preparedness, emergency medical services, fire prevention, and public education. It is the mission of East Lincoln Fire Department to save life, conserve property, and stabilize any incident to which we respond. To assist any and all agencies that request our help and to provide the highest quality care to all citizens and visitors of East Lincoln Fire District. This being said, it is the charge of every member to adhere to this mission and strive to complete it at all cost.

We recognize the vital role our fire department plays in ensuring community safety. With enthusiasm and dedication, we embrace this challenge. As our district continues to evolve and grow, our mission adapts accordingly. We now strive to operate beyond the traditional realm of fire services, adopting an approach that meets the diverse needs of our community whatever it may be.
